Beth and I were having a contest to see who was the worst at bowling, Beth won but only just. Co-starring Beth’s friends Laura and Stuart.

This was a good Sunday. School of Rock was on the telly, and as usual, I managed to miss the start and the end. I’ll never see that film all the way through.

The contest to win a copy of The Everyday Collection One is now over. A fine fellow named Box Brown guessed correctly that the figure on the shelf was indeed Lion-O. Thank you to everyone who entered, all of your wild guessing amused me greatly.

The little fella in the last panel is none other than Michael Rouse-Dean who has just launched The Guest Strip Project, a webcomic experiment set up to raise money for The Make-A-Wish Foundation. Go check it out and bookmark it, you never know who might be drawing the next one…

Don’t forget about The Contest to win a copy of The Everyday Collection One, no-one has guessed right yet. A couple of people have come close but have failed in attaining a cigar. It’s not an obscure action figure, the character is quite well known (if you’re my age) so come on people, just throw names at me, I want someone to WIN!

We got chatting almost immediately after this and she even bought a copy of The Everyday Collection One. Meredith is the very same Meredith as Meredith Gran who creates the astounding webcomic, Octopus Pie (disclaimer: contains no octopus and occasional pie).

No-one has yet guessed which action figure I scribbled unintelligably in The Everyday #83 which means there is still a chance you could win a copy of The Everyday Collection One by thinking of any plastic humanoid figurine and leaving a comment.

This was on the way to the UK Thing last weekend. Beth is an old friend from Manchester and let me stay at hers the night before, and for such kindness she receives her very own avatar:
