The Everyday #74
The only thing that irrationally freak me out are pigeons
There wasn’t a comic on Monday because Life didn’t let me do one. Stoopid Life. Right now I’m working on two other comic projects simultaneously plus The Everyday so perhaps the Monday and Thursday update schedule should be considered as more of a rough guide for a while.
FACT!: This is the first Everyday with ruled panel borders!!!

I’ve been reading these for a little bit now and you are a great artist. I love the background details in this one. What sorts of pens do you use?

Thanks very much, Bill. I was quite happy with the road on this one
I use Faber-Castell artist PITT pens. I usually just use the brush pen.

Lovely gentle stuff - keep up the good work!
Rules panels works well - if you look at the Krazy Kat strips (Herriman) it’s almost like having nice sharp clean boxes freed him up to go mental within them. Not that you should go mental.
