After a year of drawing these comics I’ve arrived quite neatly at number fifty. That’s nearly one a week, which I think is pretty good. Let’s see if I can do 100 in this next year. I wanted to thank everyone who has appeared in the comics so far because most of them are good friends. I thought this would be a nice way to do it.

In year two of The Everyday expect to see a lot more of the first Chris on the list for reasons you will discover soon and more of Andy and I at comic conventions. We’ll be at nearly all the UK cons and a couple of the US cons too, so there’ll be more hilarious road-trip/getting rained on strips on the way. Also, there will be some occasional changes art-wise! More news on all that soon.

And as mentioned a couple of comics back, I’m putting together The Everyday Collection 2006-2007 which will be on sale before the year is over. The title isn’t finalised yet but I do know the book will feature all of the 50 strips so far, all the minicomic cover art and some bonus material too. I’ll be using an online print-on-demand service and selling them at conventions and at selected shops around the UK too. Again more news soon so keep reading.

A big thanks to everyone who’s been reading the comic too. I hope I can keep your interest as I slowly get better at this.
